The Band have been busy preparing for the forthcoming 25th Welsh Open Brass Band Entertainment Championships in Newport’s Riverside Theatre on Saturday 18th February. Since the return to rehearsals post-Covid, several members of the Junior Band have progressed to the Senior Band, and these youngsters will be taking part in the performance. The 20 minute entertainment programme is based on the story of Amelia Earhart, and the band are looking forward to performing this as part of their forthcoming concerts over the next few months.
